The permit subtotal contains estimated agency fees only. Pilot-car services, police support, utility coordination, route surveys, local permits, and toll-facility charges can require separate arrangements.
Some fees depend on route mileage, vehicle registration, axle configuration, or an agency assessment. The calculator identifies the missing basis instead of counting an unknown fee as zero.
The issuing authority determines the permit route, travel conditions, and final fee. Review the issued permit before dispatch.
