Cancelling a request

Email hello@odpermit.com or message the Telegram permit desk. Include your request or invoice reference.

  • Before we file or book. Cancelling costs nothing.
  • After we file with an agency. Agency fees already charged usually can’t be recovered. You pay those fees and our service fee for the work done.
  • Escorts and route surveys. The provider’s cancellation terms apply. We share them before we book.
  • Issued permits. Each agency decides whether an issued permit can be voided or refunded. Changes are amendments and may carry agency fees.

Refunds

  • Our mistake. If an application or permit has an error we made, we get it corrected at our cost, including any agency amendment fee. If we can’t deliver a service you paid for, we refund our service fee for it.
  • Agency refunds. When an agency refunds a fee, we pass the full refund to you.
  • Not refunded. Our service fee when an agency denies or delays a permit for reasons outside our control, such as road restrictions, agency workload or incorrect load details.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually post them within 5 to 10 business days.

Workspace plans

You can cancel a paid workspace plan at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and the plan doesn’t renew. We don’t refund partial periods unless the law requires it.

Billing questions and disputes

If a charge looks wrong, email hello@odpermit.com with the invoice number. We aim to reply within two business days. Contacting us first is usually the fastest fix, and you keep any rights your card issuer or bank gives you.

For an invoice issued by another company through the ODPermit workspace, contact that company. Its own refund and cancellation terms apply. See the terms of service.
