Overall length includes the tractor, trailer, and projecting load. Overall width is the widest part of the loaded combination. Overall height runs from the road surface to the highest loaded point. Gross vehicle weight includes the vehicle and its load.

Equipment type, axle configuration, load divisibility, planned movement date, and road details can affect the evaluation. Enter only facts you have confirmed. If you use document extraction, review every extracted field before calculating.

Official fee items may depend on distance, weight, route, permit type, and other facts. A fee that cannot be determined is not zero. The result is not a complete commercial quote, an escort-service price, or a promise that a permit will be issued.

Escort guidance can be conditional on facts not yet supplied or on an authority’s decision. A possible escort requirement does not book a pilot car, arrange police support, or confirm availability. Confirm escort count, placement, equipment, and travel restrictions against the actual permit route before booking.
